Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and references
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property/investment options
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
