Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.



Key Responsibilities


  • Generate new leads through fieldwork, networking, referrals, and market activities
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for residential and commercial projects
  • Explain project details including pricing, payment plans, documentation, and legal aspects
  • Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into successful sales
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
  • Customer-focused approach with professional conduct
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and processes is a plus



Experience


  • 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
