Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proven experience in hardware sales (electrical, IT, industrial, or related hardware)
2. Strong knowledge of government tender processes and private project sales
3. Leadership and team-handling skills
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
5. Ability to work with targets and deadlines
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic CRM tools
7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
8. Guide, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity
9. Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
10. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
