Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities - 

1. Identify and approach new corporate clients for NAPS / NATS apprenticeship 

and L&D programmes. 

2. Understand client manpower and training needs related to Apprenticeship Act–

compliant hiring. 

3. Explain NAPS / NATS frameworks, benefits, and processes to HR and L&D teams. 

4. Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and corporate referrals. 

5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercials for NAPS / NATS and L&D 

offerings. 

6. Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B apprenticeship and training deals. 

7. Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams for smooth NAPS / 

NATS onboarding. 

8. Ensure timely collection of client documents, approvals, and statutory 

requirements. 

9. Maintain regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 

10. Track sales pipeline, conversions, and targets, and share regular updates with 

management. 

Skills & Competencies Required 

1. Strong B2B sales and communication skills with knowledge of NAPS / NATS 

apprenticeship programmes. 

2. Ability to build corporate relationships, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams 

for smooth delivery. 

Qualifications & Experience 

1. Diploma/Graduate in any discipline. 

2. Apx. 1-3 years of experience in admissions, retail sales, telecalling, or field outreach. 

3. Prior experience in training institutes, education organizations, or skill development 

projects preferred.
