Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele-sales Executive to join our growing team at SkillSnap Learning. The role involves connecting with parents, explaining our online learning programs (Class 6–10), and converting leads into enrollments.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads (parents/students)
• Explain SkillSnap Learning courses and benefits clearly
• Convert leads into paid enrollments
• Handle objections and follow-ups effectively
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
• Coordinate with the academic team for demo bookings
• Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic understanding of sales & customer handling
• Comfortable with calling and convincing customers
• Target-oriented mindset
• Prior telesales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
