Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the interior design or home improvement industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding client requirements, presenting interior design solutions, and closing sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, design sensibility, and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored interior solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
• Understand client needs and project requirements; collaborate with the design team to develop proposals.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and quotations to clients.
• Manage client relationships from first contact to project closure.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensure timely payment collections.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, or client meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with design and project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, modular kitchens, or furniture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of interior design principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel or work weekends if needed.
