Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets

✔️ Build and nurture client relationships

✔️ Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team

✔️ Present innovative interior design solutions to prospective clients

✔️ Collaborate with design and marketing teams

✔️ Monitor market trends and competitor activity

✔️ Manage the sales pipeline and key performance metrics

✔️ Negotiate contracts to maximize value

✔️ Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events

✔️ Ensure client satisfaction and strong after-sales support

Experience:

✅ 1–5 years of proven sales experience

✅ 1–3 years in a leadership or managerial role

✅ Preferred background in interior design, architecture, real estate, furniture, or luxury goods

Key Skills:

💼 Strong in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure

🗣️ Effective communicator in English and local languages

⚡ Agile, goal-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
