Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Ensure proper display of products as per store guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store
• Handle billing and POS operations (if required)
• Ensure proper stock handling (FIFO/LIFO)
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Requirements:Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in retail / FMCG (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of retail operations
• Customer handling skills
• Ability to work in shifts and weekends
