Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales across Delhi NCR and Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role with office coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Visit prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce Encharge’s solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Address client queries and coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures.
- Update daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Work closely with the sales manager to achieve individual and team targets.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate between field activities and office teams for documentation and follow-ups.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / business development / direct sales.
- Graduate in any discipline. BE/B.Tech preferred.
- Comfortable with field travel and client meetings.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate Traits
- Experience in B2B or B2C field sales
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
