Job Description: 


The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Candidates should have to do Cold calling, meeting with the client, and going for the meeting and project location. Generate revenue. Complete the target and be passionate about sales.
  • Candidates have to deal in residential & commercial (Luxury segment).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Skills Needed: The ability and desire to sell.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, confident, and determined approach and a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
  •  Candidates must have leadership qualities.
  • Passionate about sales & result orientated.
