Sales Executive

Job Description: Sales officer and AM -Gurgaon ,Delhi location -Fresher and Experience both can apply -Onrol Bank -Axis bank

This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory and conducting market and customer mapping activities.

• Key Responsibilities: Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and build new business relationships by selling:

• Savings Accounts
• Current Accounts
• Term Deposits
• Debit & Credit Cards
• 
  
• Cross-sell third-party products, including:

• Life Insurance
• General Insurance
• Mutual Funds
• Retail Asset Products
• Online Trading Products

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets across all products.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC and compliance norms.
• Identify and engage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for business opportunities.
• Grow and maintain the customer base by building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and sustain customer relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
