Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and dynamic female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective buyers. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels and follow up with potential clients.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective buyers.
• Present and promote real estate projects to clients through presentations and site visits.
• Clearly explain property features, amenities, pricing structures, and payment plans.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market and project offerings.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Experience Required:1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales roles.
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market will be an advantage.
