💰 Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Warehousing Express Logistics is actively seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our sales function. The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in logistics/warehousing sales, with at least 10 years in 3PL services.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and set achievable goals.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• New Business Development: Generate leads, deliver compelling pitches, and close high-value deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Retain key accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Track opportunities, monitor performance, and generate forecasts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, marketing, and support teams.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• ✅ RequirementsExperience: Minimum 15 years in logistics/warehousing/supply chain sales, with 8+ years in 3PL.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and CRM tools expertise.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics and warehousing operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
