About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and performance-driven B2C Sales Manager with strong experience in equity broking, wealth products, and retail financial services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in client acquisition, revenue generation, advisory selling, and managing a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Acquire new clients for Demat, Trading, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other wealth products.

2. Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs.

3. Manage end-to-end onboarding, documentation, and KYC processes.

4. Client Relationship Management: Offer investment guidance to B2C clients across equity, derivatives, commodities, and wealth products.

5. Build long-term relationships to increase client wallet share and product penetration.

6. Product Sales & Advisory Cross-sell and upsell investment products:Equity Delivery & Intraday, MF / SIP, NPS, Bonds, PMS, AIF

7. Provide basic market updates, product awareness, and portfolio nudges.

8. Team & Process Management: Maintain disciplined CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and sales funnel hygiene.

9. Coordinate with operations, compliance, and product teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

2. NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is preferred.

3. Additional NISM certifications (Mutual Funds, Research Analyst) are an added advantage
