Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Assist buyers in locating and purchasing suitable properties
  • Help sellers price, market, and sell their properties effectively
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
  • Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other required documentation
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and close sales successfully
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
  • Stay informed on market trends, property values, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys as needed
  • Qualifications & Skills:Valid real estate license (required)
  • Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not required)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
