Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
- Key Responsibilities:Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
- Assist buyers in locating and purchasing suitable properties
- Help sellers price, market, and sell their properties effectively
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other required documentation
- Negotiate purchase agreements and close sales successfully
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys as needed
- Qualifications & Skills:Valid real estate license (required)
- Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not required)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
