Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, generating revenue, guiding the sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for clients.
• Maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and investors.
• Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and closing techniques.
• Track daily sales activities and prepare sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth deal closures.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
