Job Summary Tickle Wickle Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in café sales, party sales, and event marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales for birthday parties, kitty parties, corporate parties, and café promotions, along with strong relationship-building and revenue growth skills.
- Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall sales operations for café and party bookings
- Drive revenue through birthday parties, kitty parties, corporate events, and private celebrations
- Develop and execute sales strategies for cafés, party halls, and event spaces
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools, societies, and local communities
- Handle end-to-end party sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, closure, and coordination
- Plan and execute local marketing activities and café promotions to increase footfall
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth event execution
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
- Core Sales Expertise Required Café sales & marketing
- Party & event sales (Birthday, Kitty, Corporate Parties)
- Corporate tie-ups & bulk bookings
- Local area marketing & brand promotions
- Customer acquisition & retention
- Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in café sales, hospitality sales, or event sales
- Strong exposure to birthday parties, kitty parties, and corporate events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to close high-value deals
- Good understanding of local market and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
