Position Overview

airTENO  is building India’s next-generation whole-home clean air systems. Designed for Indian pollution, homes, and weather, our solution combines engineering, ventilation science, and customer-first service to deliver healthier indoor living.

Our vision is to build a service-led clean air experience, backed by intelligent data monitoring. airTENO is a 100% owned subsidiary of Afferent Wearable Pvt Ltd, a 10 year old tenured company that offers full service product design and manufacturing.

This role provides a unique opportunity to young, dynamic talented individuals who want to learn how to establish and lead new market business.

The role focuses on driving sales in different segments , partner acquisition and customer & partner onboarding for Delhi NCR region. Ideal candidates will combine strong customer focus, ability to understand dynamics of sales and partnerships with architects, contractors, facility managers and end users.

This is a field-based role requiring self-motivation, high learnability, market awareness, and results-driven approach. This comes with complete location flexibility within the NCR region (does not need reporting to the office). But, it needs full commitment to deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

●    Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to gain market share with specific focus on identified key customers/partners, segments and geographies.

●    Lead end-to-end technical sales — from site assessment, solution design to product demonstration and commercial negotiation.

●    Collaborate with the technical/engineering team to ensure post-sale implementation, troubleshoot queries/concerns from customers, architects, and consultants.

●    Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, architects, contractors, and consultants.

●    Conduct periodic customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

●    Manage customer communications professionally across email, phone, and in-person.

●    Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

●    Provide market intelligence and customer feedback.

●    Identify emerging opportunities in segments such as smart buildings, and healthcare.

●    Conduct market analysis for regional expansion and customer segment targeting.

●    Ensure growth and development of immediate team, productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growth.

●    Achieve aggressive expansion targets through effective sales strategies with new & existing accounts.


Required Qualifications

●    Bachelor's degree in any field.

●    2-5 years of experience in sales or business development or customer service.

●    Proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.

●    Strong sales and networking skills.

●    Experience or interest in air purification systems/HVAC or interior design.

Preferred Skills

●    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●    Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

●    Knowledge of the HEAP filtration, air purification, HVAC or interior design industry.

●    Ability to read and interpret floor layout and design drawings

●    Experience in partner sales or business development.

●    Civil engineering, architecture or project sales experience.

Additional Requirements

●    Applicants should be mobile. The role involves travelling to different project sites.

●    Self-owned vehicle required for field visits (two-wheeler or four-wheeler).

●     Willingness to work additional hours during peak season.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Structure

Base Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Additional Benefits:

●    Performance-based commission/incentive structure (if applicable)

●    Potential earning: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 with performance bonus

●    Annual salary review based on performance
