Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing sales teams, closing high-value deals, and building strong client relationships in residential and plotted developments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives/CP partners

• Drive primary sales for residential projects, DDJAY plots, and luxury properties

• Generate new leads through digital marketing, channel partners, and site visits

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations & site visits

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

• Develop strategic sales plans and pricing positioning

• Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline

• Build strong relationships with HNI & investor clients

• Market research and competitor analysis

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales

• Strong understanding of plotted developments, RERA & local market trends

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

• Good network of channel partners preferred
