🎯 Position: Sales Manager (Channel Partner/Broker Sales)

📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site)


🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Handle & expand channel partner and broker network

2. Generate sales of residential plots

3. Maintain strong partner relationships & ensure repeat business

4. Conduct project presentations, site visits & investor meets

5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

6. Provide market insights & competitor analysis

7. Report sales performance to management


👑 Who Should Apply?

✔ Must have active channel partner/broker base

✔ 5+ Years of Real Estate Sales Experience (Plot Sales Preferred)

✔ Strong negotiation & closing skills

✔ Highly target-driven and self-motivated

✔ Ready for field activity and travel if needed
