Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage the sales team, and drive revenue through inbound and outbound channels. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and customer-handling skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team (tele-calling / inbound sales)
• Drive bookings through calls, walk-ins, corporate tie-ups, and group sales
• Handle customer inquiries and close high-value deals
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events
• Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS / reports
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Required Skills & Experience:3–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• At least 1–2 years in a team-handling / managerial role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and closing abilities
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or B2C sales is a plus
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and reporting
