Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and overseeing end-to-end sales operations in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Drive site visits, bookings, and closures

Set individual sales targets and track performance

Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews

Ensure high productivity and morale within the team

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

6 months–10 years of experience in real estate sales

Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial/team handling role (Preffered)
