Job Summary

We seek a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business development for our third-party manufacturing services. This role focuses on acquiring new clients like emerging beauty brands, generating leads, and promoting our manufacturing capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new third-party manufacturing contracts by targeting beauty brands, startups, and established labels through outreach, trade shows, and industry networks.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches emphasizing our formulation expertise, production capacity, quality certifications, and cost efficiencies.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to showcase Fablay's capabilities, including website content, LinkedIn promotions, webinars on cosmetic manufacturing trends, and SEO-optimized materials.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, contract closing, and post-sale support.
  • Conduct market research on cosmetics trends, competitor manufacturers, and regulatory standards to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align client needs with our manufacturing processes.
  • Track sales pipelines using CRM tools, analyze performance metrics, and report on KPIs to senior management.
  • Attend beauty industry expos, conferences, and client visits to build partnerships.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, ideally in cosmetics manufacturing, third-party production, or FMCG.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, GMP standards, and supply chain logistics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills for B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Creative ability to develop compelling case studies and marketing collateral for manufacturing services.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
