Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle customer acquisition, promote our machinery products, and help grow our brand in the market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, visits, references, and online platforms
- Explain machinery features, pricing, and applications to customers
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closing
- Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with service and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions
- Visit markets, workshops, factories, and industrial areas for brand visibility
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence
- Support exhibitions, demos, and product launches
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Preferred (Bonus) SkillsExperience in machinery, tools, or industrial products
- Knowledge of Instagram marketing or lead generation
- Two-wheeler with valid license
