Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle customer acquisition, promote our machinery products, and help grow our brand in the market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, visits, references, and online platforms
  • Explain machinery features, pricing, and applications to customers
  • Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closing
  • Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with service and logistics teams for smooth order execution
  • Marketing ResponsibilitiesPromote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms
  • Assist in planning marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions
  • Visit markets, workshops, factories, and industrial areas for brand visibility
  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence
  • Support exhibitions, demos, and product launches
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer handling
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Preferred (Bonus) SkillsExperience in machinery, tools, or industrial products
  • Knowledge of Instagram marketing or lead generation
  • Two-wheeler with valid license
