Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Gym Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to attract and enroll new members to the gym. You will be the first point of contact for potential members, providing information about the gym's facilities, services, and membership options. The goal is to meet sales targets, enhance member satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the gym.

Customer Engagement:

Greet and engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and needs.

Provide informative and persuasive presentations about gym facilities, classes, and membership options.

Sales and Memberships:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling gym memberships.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into active members.
• Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.

Membership Administration:

• Assist new members with the enrollment process, including paperwork and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date member records in the database.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the gym's services, classes, and promotions.
• Continuously update knowledge of fitness trends and industry competition.

Customer Service:

• Answering phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing members, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the gym.
• Leading a tour of the facility with potential members, explaining the features and benefits of the gym, and answering any questions they may have.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other gym staff, including fitness trainers and management, to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
