Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive corporate business for our karting track. The role involves pitching and securing corporate events, team-building activities, brand activations and group bookings from companies, institutions, and organizations.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to generate corporate bookings and events
• Identify and approach corporates, MNCs, start ups and institutions for event partnerships
• Pitch karting experiences as team-building, employee engagement and client entertainment solutions
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references and industry connections
• Plan and customize event packages for corporate clients (races, tournaments, offsites, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR teams, admin departments and decision-makers
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution of events
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Represent the brand at corporate meets, exhibition and networking events
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Key Skills & Requirements:3–6 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales / event sales
• Strong corporate network and ability to generate leads independently
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in hospitality, sports, events, or experiential sales preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic personality
• Ability to create proposals and pitch decks
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Background in sports events / hospitality / corporate event sales
• Passion for motorsports or experiential activities is an added advantage
• Proven track record of closing high-value corporate deals
