Sales & Marketing Manager – Premium Packaged Drinking Water (Gurugram)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 4–10 years in FMCG (water/beverages preferred)

Role Type: Full-time - Permanent


Role Overview

We are launching a premium packaged drinking water brand in Gurugram and need a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to build the market from zero.

Your goal: Establish distribution, grow visibility, and achieve 5,000–10,000 cartons/day sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales & Distribution

- Appoint/manage distributors and wholesalers.

- Build and lead a field sales team.

- Ensure daily market coverage across GT, MT, gyms, cafés, hotels, offices.

- Achieve monthly sales & coverage targets.

- Drive placement, visibility, and availability.


  • Corporate & Institutional Sales

- Acquire bulk clients: IT parks, co‑working spaces, gyms, hotels, hospitals, schools.

- Build long-term supply contracts and recurring orders.

- Handle pricing and negotiations.


  • Marketing & Activation

- Execute local marketing campaigns.

- Manage outdoor ads, mall branding, gym branding.

- Coordinate digital marketing with agencies.

- Ensure retail visibility and conduct sampling activities.


  • Performance & Reporting

- Track daily sales, beats, and distributor stock.

- Maintain dashboards and ROI reports.

- Monitor competitor pricing and schemes.


Required Skills

- FMCG sales experience (water/beverages preferred).

- Strong distributor network in Gurugram.

- Experience launching/scaling brands.

- Team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing.

- Ownership mindset.


Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹60,000 (experience-based).

- Performance incentives + monthly targets.

- Travel & mobile allowance.

- Quarterly bonuses for distribution milestones.
