Sales & Marketing Manager

A. Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development

• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (6–12 month horizon)
• Achieve annual revenue target assigned by management
• Identify new market segments and geographic expansion opportunities
• Convert leads into signed contracts within defined cycle timelines

B. Government & Institutional Sales

• Identify opportunities in:
• Urban Local Bodies
• Government schools
• CSR-funded sanitation projects
• Industrial parks
• Real estate & large residential societies
• Track tenders, EOIs, and public infrastructure bids
• Coordinate with consultants and EPC players

C. Technical & Commercial Proposal Management

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering team
• Conduct financial analysis (pricing, margins, IRR where applicable)
• Lead commercial negotiations
• Close deals with commercially viable margins

D. Strategic Partnerships & Channel Development

• Build channel partner ecosystem in key states
• Establish relationships with:
• Architects
• PMCs
• Facility management firms
• CSR heads
• Policy stakeholders
• Develop long-term alliance strategy

E. CRM & Reporting Discipline

• Maintain structured CRM tracking
• Weekly reporting on:
• Leads generated
• Meetings conducted
• Proposal stage movement
• Forecast accuracy
• Quarterly revenue forecast submission
