Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented dedicated candidate to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing incoming leads, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with both businesses and individual clients.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads generated from platforms like IndiaMART and other online channels.
  • B2B & B2C Sales: Actively engage with both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) leads to understand their project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Customer Query Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our services, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing any concerns or issues with a professional and empathetic attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills


Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a business development, sales, preferably within the construction, real estate, or interior design industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM, Excel, Word and other sales management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and a customer-centric mindset. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently is essential.
  • Education: Preferably a degree or diploma in Interior design, Civil Engineering or a related field.
