Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager – Field Sales who can lead on-ground sales operations, drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and execute marketing strategies in assigned territories. The role requires hands-on field work, team leadership, and strong coordination with internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Generate leads through industrial visits, networking, channel partners, exhibitions, and referrals
• Meet manufacturers, plant heads, decision-makers, and business owners
• Conduct product demos and presentations at client locations
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate commercial terms
• Close deals and ensure smooth on-boarding of customers
• Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports in CRM

🔹 Marketing Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities
• Coordinate roadshows, factory visits, seminars, and product demos
• Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
• Work with digital/inside marketing teams for lead generation
• Support branding and promotional activities in assigned territory
