About Us


Fossetta Gourmet Catering is a premium catering company specializing in curated event experiences, luxury menus, and high-end social and corporate functions. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic professional to assist the Director in managing sales coordination, client servicing, billing, and operational follow-ups.



Role Overview


This is a key coordination role supporting the Sales Head in managing client communication, proposal follow-ups, invoicing, payment tracking, and internal event coordination.


The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable handling both clients and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities


Client Coordination

• Follow up with clients regarding proposals, revisions, and confirmations

• Share finalized menus, inclusions/exclusions, and event details

• Coordinate advance payments and send payment reminders

• Maintain strong communication via calls, email, and WhatsApp


Billing & Payment Management

• Prepare invoices and event billing documents

• Maintain payment tracking sheets

• Coordinate with accounts for collections and outstanding payments

• Ensure timely updates on receivables


Internal Operations Support

• Prepare event summary sheets after confirmation

• Communicate event details to kitchen and operations team

• Maintain event calendar and execution schedules

• Assist in vendor coordination when required


Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain CRM/database of clients

• Update weekly sales and payment reports

• Organize documentation related to bookings and contracts


Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience (Hospitality/Event industry preferred)

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Good command over MS Excel and billing software

• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Ability to handle client follow-ups confidently

• Experience in catering/events industry will be an advantage
