Job Description
🔹 Pre-Sales Executive – Plus Fitness 24/7 Gurugram
Role Overview:
- Generate leads and promote gym memberships during pre-sale phase
- Interact with potential customers and explain offers
- Handle calls, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into memberships
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage customers (on-site / nearby areas)
- Explain gym facilities, offers, and benefits
- Maintain daily lead data and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and presentable
- Comfortable with sales and targets
- Basic phone handling (calls + WhatsApp)
🔹 Important Note:
- For the first 1–2 months (pre-sale phase), the role will be outdoor (field work / outside the gym)
- After gym opening, the role will shift inside the gym (front desk / sales role)
