*Job Overview:*

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Sales Executive who can build and maintain business relationships with local companies, shops, and other businesses. The candidate will promote our stock broking services and stock market education programs, collaborating with potential partners to grow our customer base and drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Approach and collaborate with businesses to promote our stock broking and stock education services.

- Generate leads through business-to-business (B2B) marketing, presenting partnership opportunities.

- Explain the benefits of our demat account services, trading platforms, and stock market courses.

- Build strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.

- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations to finalize collaborations and tie-ups.

- Promote referral programs and incentives, such as referral bonuses and free advisory services, to attract clients.

- Ensure brand visibility through offline marketing strategies, including local events, flex boards, and banners.

- Work closely with the internal team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events.

- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and prepare reports on sales activities.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in financial services, education, or a related field).

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of stock markets, trading, or financial products is a plus but not mandatory.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and promotions.
