Sales Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives.

2. Set daily/weekly targets and ensure the team achieves sales goals.

3. Assist team members with calls, objection handling, and closing techniques.

4. Conduct regular training and performance review sessions.

5. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for process alignment.

6. Prepare reports on sales performance, conversion metrics, and team progress.

7. Improve sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

8. Handle escalated cases from team members and ensure timely resolution.

9. Maintain a high-performance and positive work environment.

Skills Preferred:

Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills (Preferably English).

Ability to persuade and negotiate.

Ability to work in a team.

Self- motivated and able to handle pressure.
