Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented B2C Tele Sales Team Lead to manage and drive a team of tele sales executives in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, productivity, and revenue generation while ensuring quality and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele sales executives.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and target achievement.
  • Conduct call monitoring and provide regular feedback/coaching.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective team management.
  • Maintain sales reports and performance MIS.
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, process guidelines, and compliance norms.
  • Train new team members and support ongoing skill development.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2C Tele Sales (BPO preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Target-driven and performance-focused mindset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
