The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Founder/Director of Home Shopee. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and coordination across departments including stores, accounts, HR, vendors, and consultants.

  • ๐Ÿ”น KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Administrative & Executive SupportManage daily schedule, meetings, and reminders of the Director
  • Draft, format, and manage emails, letters, notices, and reports
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and business records
  • Prepare presentations, MIS summaries, and review notes
  • ๐Ÿช Business & Operations
  • CoordinationCoordinate with store managers, accounts, HR, and warehouse teams
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and action points
  • Track approvals, decisions, and pending matters
  • Support execution of new projects, store openings, and audits
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Reporting & MIS Support
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS for management review
  • Maintain trackers for sales, expenses, payments, and tasks
  • Ensure accurate data flow between departments
  • ๐Ÿค Communication & LiaisonAct
  • as a single point of contact between Director and internal teams
  • Coordinate with banks, consultants, vendors, and service providers
  • Handle professional communication with discretion and clarity
  • ๐Ÿ”น REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • ๐ŸŽ“ EducationGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • ๐Ÿง  ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience as EA / PA / Admin Executive
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-location business preferred
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Technical SkillsMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Email management & documentation
  • Basic MIS and reporting knowledge
  • Familiarity with Google tools / HRMS / task tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
