Access Control

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Verify ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain visitor registers.
• Ensure no unauthorized entry into company premises.

Premises Security

• Conduct regular patrolling of the premises and surrounding areas.
• Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.
• Report suspicious activities, theft, or safety hazards immediately.

Safety & Emergency Handling

• Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Follow emergency response procedures and inform concerned authorities when required.
• Support evacuation procedures during drills or real emergencies.

Asset Protection

• Monitor movement of materials, tools, and company assets.
• Check gate passes for inward and outward movement of goods.
• Prevent pilferage and unauthorized removal of materials.

Discipline & Compliance

• Enforce company security rules and regulations.
• Ensure employees and visitors follow safety and security guidelines.
• Maintain discipline at the entry/exit points.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily occurrence register, visitor log, and incident reports.
• Handover proper shift reports to the next guard/supervisor.
• Report any irregularities to the Admin/Security Supervisor.
