Job description - Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
● To have a basic understanding of General Accounts and taxation ( Sales Tax, Service Tax and TDS)
● Working experience of preparation of sales tax return, issue of various forms from Sales Tax Department, issue of debit / credit notes, have a good command on accounting entries, Accounts Reconciliation etc.
● Have a good command on computers like Computer software (Tally Prime, ERP) excel/ word etc.
● Follow- up with customers for collection of payment/ forms by telephone/ e- mail etc.
● Query settling of customer in regards to outstanding payment/ forms
● Preparation of customer contact data in computer (Excel )
● Preparation of MIS reports related to collection of forms in prescribed format.
● Filing of forms in respective files.
Education & Qualification
Graduation - B.Com (English Medium)
Post Graduation - M.Com (English Medium)
CA - Interns, or Working experience with CA firms.
Experience-
Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting, GST Preparation and Filling, TDS, Income Tax return.
Skill- Good verbal communication and computer skills
Age - Not more than 35 Years
