1.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

3.Utilize Tally and other accounting software for maintaining financial records.

4.Leverage advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

5.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

6.Prepare and file tax returns, including GST, VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.

7.Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments in accounting practices.

8.Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets.

9.Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

10.Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.

11.Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue accounts.

12.Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.

13.Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.

14.Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and complete records of all financial transactions.

15.Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly

16.Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

17.Provide support in compliance-related matters and financial documentation

18.Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

19.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

20.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

21.Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.

22.8-10 years of relevant accounting experience.

23.Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other accounting software.

24.Sound knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
