Senior Business Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to oversee business operations, drive growth initiatives, and support strategic decision-making within our fintech organization. The role bridges business strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution, ensuring financial products and services scale efficiently while meeting regulatory and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and market trends to inform decision-making

Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, sales, and marketing teams

Manage operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Support pricing strategies, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives

Prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership

Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and fintech industry standards

Identify risks and opportunities and propose actionable solutions

Lead or support vendor management and strategic partnerships

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

3–7 years of experience in business management, consulting, operations, or fintech

Strong understanding of fintech products (payments, lending, digital banking, etc.)

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills

Experience working with data-driven decision-making tools

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Experience

Experience in a startup or scaling fintech environment

Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management

Exposure to product lifecycle management or digital platforms
