Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Gurgaon
Work Schedule:
- Work From Office - WFO only
- 5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)
- 9 hours per day, including 1 hour of break
- Rotational week-offs
- Cabs available both ways
Salary and Benefits: 24k In hand to 32k In hand (Depends on your English communication and your experience)
Requirements:
- Graduates or UG both are eligible
- Fresher and Experienced both are eligible for this role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good Technical, nontechnical and sales aptitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
