Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges on e-commerce platforms.
- Track and follow up on pending orders and delivery issues (NDR, RTO, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or beauty industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
