Senior Engineer

We would need a multi-tasking technician which need to know the technical.

He is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works related to commercial kitchen installations. The role ensures smooth execution of kitchen layout, equipment installation, utility connections, and finishing works in compliance with safety and quality standards.

It will be good if a candidate have soft knowledge about ETP/STP & MECHANICAL FITTER.

1. Installation & Commissioning

• Install commercial kitchen equipment as per layout drawings.
• Connect electrical, gas, and plumbing lines.
• Test and commission equipment before handover.
• Ensure proper alignment and leveling of equipment.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose faults in:
• Cooking ranges & ovens
• Steamers & fryers
• Refrigeration units
• Dishwashers
• Exhaust & ventilation systems
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Replace defective components and spare parts.
• Maintain service logs and maintenance records.

3.Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams during installation.
• Read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Support project team during kitchen setup.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure gas pipeline safety and leak testing.
• Follow electrical safety standards.
• Comply with fire and kitchen safety regulations.
• Use proper tools and PPE during site worK.

🛠️ Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen’s all the equipment.
• Basic understanding of:
• Electrical systems
• Gas systems
• Refrigeration systems
• Plumbing connections
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills.

🎓 Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial kitchen field.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Refrigeration.
