Key Responsibilities:  Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack.  Mentor and guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.  Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient web solutions.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver on project goals.  Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Required Skills:  6+ years of full-stack (MERN) development experience.  Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.  At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a development team.  Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development practices.
