The Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to become a key player in our design studio. You will be responsible for leading and executing high-end creative development across both print and digital media. Your work will directly shape the visual identity of world-renowned luxury alcohol brands, requiring a refined aesthetic, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the luxury landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept, design, and art direct a wide range of materials for luxury brands, including but not limited to: brand identity systems, packaging concepts, premium print collateral (brochures, lookbooks, event materials), digital campaigns, social media assets, website graphics, and presentations.
• Lead projects from initial brief through to final production, ensuring the highest quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and clients to translate strategic objectives into stunning visual solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven studio environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, particularly within the luxury, fashion, and spirits sectors.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion focused on luxury, premium, or international brands. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional work in both print and digital media is essential.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven expertise in print production, prepress, and knowledge of luxury finishes and materials.
• Strong skills in digital design for web, social media, and email marketing.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and articulate design rationale.

Important Requirement: This is a full-time, on-site position at our office. Remote work or work-from-home arrangements are not available for this role.
