Job Description

PC ASSOCIATES is a consulting firm specializing in HR, legal, payroll, and statutory compliance. We support corporate clients across multiple sectors with onboarding, policy drafting, registrations, and grievance resolution.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage HR operations, payroll administration, and statutory compliance for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate payroll processing, and timely adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
  • Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and employee records.
  • Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Payroll Management
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy.
  • Handle salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and file returns, maintain registers, and liaise with government departments.
  • Assist in drafting and submitting grievance letters for PF/pension claims.
  • Keep track of regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or Law.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and compliance (consulting background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI, and statutory filings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and empathy in client interactions.
