Senior HR Executive

·    MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management.

·    4–6 years of hands-on HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

·    Proficiency in HRMS tools (preferably KEKA)

·    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach.

·    Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and policy frameworks.

·    Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment with a proactive mindset.
