Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).

* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

* Handle joining formalities and employee induction.

* Support payroll coordination and leave management.

* Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

* Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.

* Maintain HR reports and MIS data.

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

* 1–5 years of HR or recruitment experience.
