Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional design sensibility, and extensive experience managing clients, budgets, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects across all phases (concept, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and installation)
• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client vision, brand identity, and budget
• Prepare presentations including mood boards, material selections, 3D renderings, and technical drawings
• Oversee space planning, FF&E selection, and custom furniture development
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants and vendors
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes
• Mentor and supervise junior designers
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed accurately

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 2+ years of professional interior design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and/or other relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and construction processes
• Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
