Job Summary The Senior Marketing Executive – Franchise Sales will be responsible for expanding the franchise network of Oxford International Preschool by identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, and converting them into successful franchise owners. The role requires strong marketing, sales, and relationship management skills to promote the preschool brand and achieve franchise growth targets.

• Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate leads for potential franchise partners.
• Promote the franchise opportunity of Oxford International Preschool to investors and entrepreneurs.
• Conduct franchise presentations and explain the business model.
• Convert prospects into franchise partners and close franchise agreements.
• 2. Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan and execute marketing campaigns to promote franchise opportunities.
• Use digital marketing, social media, events, and seminars for lead generation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• 3. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process.
• Support franchise partners during the initial setup phase.
• 4. Market ResearchAnalyze market trends in the preschool and education sector.
• Identify potential cities and areas for expansion.
• Monitor competitor franchise models and strategies.
• 5. Reporting & TargetsAchieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
